Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or missing accessories will not be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  2. Approval & Shipping: Once approved, you will receive instructions on returning the product. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  3. Inspection & Refund: After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Items returned beyond the 15-days window.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Electrical or mechanical failures under normal usage.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Physical damage due to misuse, drops, or water exposure.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear over time.
